Website Technical On-Page SEO Specialist

We are a US-based marketing company in need of an SEO expert for immediate part-time to full-time Upgrade to see actual infondidate must be able to show proven results with white-hat SEO strategy, including on-page technical SEO and expertise in Wordpress development.

Our mission is to bring more leads to our clients by boosting their online presence through organic (search engine and social), paid, and referral campaigns. We are looking for someone who can support the marketing team by improving the technical aspects of our clients websites in order to ensure that search engines can crawl, index, and render our web pages correctly. Qualified candidate is also responsible for the regular technical audits, fix issues rounded up from audit results, and keep up with the latest SEO standards.

Responsibilities:
Day to day management of website performance
Work with the marketing manager to define technical SEO requirements
Identify opportunities to improve crawling & indexation
Support for page remapping & URL structural updates
Site audits and reporting, with recommendations and roadmap scheduling
Support On-Page SEO and PPC team for conversions tagging and landing page optimization

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in SEO
Familiarity in HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
Experience with Wordpress development
Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform
Structured markup understanding
Experience with HTML tags, canonicalization, client & server side redirects, pagination, xml sitemaps
Ability to perform technical audits
Ability to recognize common technical issues and explain their solutions that clients and teammates understand the recommendations
Ability to handle multiple websites/clients
Ability to work with a team
