Please APPLY ONLY IF you have:

- 4+ years experience with finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the program
- 4 years of owning the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress and following up with candidates who are not selected
- At least 2 years experience with sourcing top 10% talent
- A high level of experience in processes and human resources procedures
- The ability to guide new hires through an onboarding training
- Psychometrician, PHR and SHRM certificate is a plus
- Provide a resume that includes job gaps and a detailed description of what was done in every job (the more detailed your resume is the better)
