JOB OVERVIEW

ROLE
This position has the main goal of creating and following up the organization's finances and providing accurate information to managers to make decisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Gathering and auditing monthly invoices from different suppliers.
Keeping an exact record of all the company expenses.
Handles accounting tasks for the company.
Prepare profit and loss statements and other financial reports monthly.
Monitor weekly costs, expenses, and profit to assist Admin Manager and CEO/COO have an overview of the company’s finances.
Analyze trends, costs, revenues and identify potential financial ratios that can be implemented inside the company.
Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Assist the department in compiling monthly reports for audits.
Assist the Admin. Manager with the month-end and year-end close process.
Assist the department with weekly/monthly reports that the CEO/COO needs.
Review daily suppliers’ invoices such as:
Making sure that the prices per product are correct.
Correct discounts are declared
Assures that there are no duplications in the invoices.
The suppliers’ total dues for payment of CEO are accurate.
Ensures that all payables are accurate and Upgrade to see actual infovelop accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
Review and keep updated the accounting software system.



RESULTS
Accounting tasks are handled accurately and efficiently.
The financial statements are delivered the 1st week of the month.
Implement and maintain the accounting software system
All invoices are gathered every month.
Admin manager can work on other tasks for the Upgrade to see actual infoanized documents in the digital storage (Gdrive)
The CEO/COO can make decisions based on accurate information.
Accounting information is booked on time.
All payables are handled properly, timely, and accurately.
CEO/COO are aware of the financial status of the company.
Have an internal accounting policy.



REQUIREMENTS
High-level communication skills
Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the company.
Accountant Degree
At least 1-year experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting in a remote/digital company.
Knowledge about payment platforms.
Experience using accounting systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
Highly developed self-awareness and leadership skills
Excellent eye for details structured mind, and understand of company processes
Excellent Excel skills including Upgrade to see actual infon work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work with diverse team members
Can easily adapt to change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate effectively with people at different levels of hierarchy
Motivated, energetic with a can do attitude
Helpful and supportive spirit. Problem solver.
