Link Builder for local businesses

We are not just looking for a Link Builder to just fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to joining a cutting edge digital marketing agency.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. There will be opportunities for pay raises based upon work performance.


Strong English grammar is the only "requirement" for this position (we can train you on everything else).


Position Overview
Your role will be to build links to our local business websites. We currently have 157 websites in need of links with plans to add 100's of Upgrade to see actual info your job, you'll use a tool for researching the links that our competitors have to their websites.

You'll record in Google Sheets each link the competitor's website have based on blog comments and business directories that meet our criteria.

You'll create links from each of those same blogs and business directories to our website so we have all the same links as our Upgrade to see actual infoom the compilation of links in the Google Sheet, you'll create additional links from blog comments and business directories to exceed the number of links our competitor have on their website.

You'll record all your links created to each website within Google Sheets.

We'll train you on our process and techniques for each of the above tasks. Any basic knowledge of SEO or Google Sheets is a bonus but not required.


Qualities Needed To Be Successful
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. There are 3 qualities that we are looking for:

Integrity, Commitment and Desire to Learn

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren't able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after Upgrade to see actual infomitment. There are 4 people on my team today. One full-time person that has been with the team for 5 years. Three part-time people who have been with the team for 1 to 4 years. We are looking to add several full time positions that will be long term positions. So we are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will be full time. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for Upgrade to see actual infosire to Learn. We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If your not excited about improving your skills and becoming a subject matter expert at link building beyond blog comments and directories; this is not for you.
