US Construction Marketing Officer

Our company is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, team oriented, energetic individual to perform all marketing and business development functions for an newly established electrical contractor.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Understanding of the construction process, for an 8a, SDVOSB and DBE contractor with commercial, retail, federal, and multi-family construction background.
• Must be able to interface with existing customers and contacts, as well as make cold calls on potential resources.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating new business leads and contacts.

• Maintaining and expanding Business Development contact database.

• Maintaining project history list.

• Preparing Qualification Packages.

• Preparing project specific proposals.

• Maintaining and updating website.

• Creation of marketing tools, brochures, mailing pieces, etc.

• Company publicity, news releases and advertising

About Orange County Based Electrical Contractor:

We are a small, but growing, Construction Electrical Sub-Contractor in Anaheim, California. We currently have about 25 field employees and a small office staff.
