I'm looking for an Admin Assistant to join my eCommerce company.
I need you to do various tasks for eCommerce operations:
- Order fulfillment: check and send orders to third party fulfillment providers
- Customer service: answer customer inquiries
- Listing creation: prepare data for new products listing
- Update spreadsheet and manage inventory
- Manage promotion programs: running ads and sale program
- Research and evaluate ideas for new products
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Honest
- Reliable
- Strong command of the English language
- Able to learn many different kinds of tasks
- Able to think through a situation & take steps to solve the problem
- Organized, able to follow a process
- Pay attention to details
- Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
- Good working computer
Preferred:
- Customer service experience
- eCommerce experience
PAY AND BENEFITS
- Salary based on ability and experience, ranging from $
- 13th month pay
WORKING HOURS
- Full Time 40 Hours per week
- Work schedule: 10:00am to 7:00pm PH time, Monday to Friday with a lunch break
