Video Editor

I’m looking for someone who can do video editing for me in a consistent basis - weekly.
My content model is the following: I will give you some files to put together and then edit. I would like the video edited down to a finished product of about 10-13 minutes long. Sometimes (occasionally), the final video could be a little longer than that or less. If the video it is over 15mins I am willing to pay additional. I will supply the intro, outro and script that I use along with a few extra graphics. You will edit the video using the best takes, adding engaging text, sounds effects, pop-up graphics and B-roll. The videos will be recorded with a GREENSCREEN. I’d like to do a blooper reel at the end whenever is possible. The finished project must be send back to me on time for me to verify and approve it.

Once the video is done, you have to create micro content from that original 10-13mins video to be distribute it or repurpose it to all my social media; meaning take the same video chop it up in small 3-5 clips. “Micro content” is created from each weekly video and is used to drive awareness back to the original long-form video. Micro content is effectively short-form pieces of content made into memes, short clips, quotes, or stories i.e. take quotations from the same video and make graphic posts to post it and for me to distribute them on all social media. The micro content that I am looking is similar to what Gary Vee does on his social media. **** I need a reliable, organized person, time management person who can find alternatives to meet the delivery of the final project on time and even if situations arise during the time to complete it on the scheduled time / day. I need a person I can count with. I will do this weekly so I’m looking for someone to connect with who will do great work, with great communication skills, who cares about this job position, who cares to meet deadlines on time and do everything to deliver the project. A person to work with me as a team and to work together every single week.

*VERY Important: I am looking for a video editor who can do same or better quality engaging videos than the ones I already have posted on my YouTube channel. I am NOT interested in less quality.

Qualifications:
The person should:
-Have video editing experience
-Have graphic designing experience
-Have greenscreen knowledge AND experience
-Have knowledge with social media and social media different formats/size i.e. YouTube, Instagram (Stories, Reel, Posts, IGTV), Facebook & TikTok
-Know who Gary Vaynerchuk is
-Have knowledge doing micro content / repurposing
-English is a must
-Communication is a MUST. Be able to communicate status of the project (i.e. we can use Trello for better communication and status)
-Work with Google Drive
-Assist to a one monthly meeting via Zoom with me for trending things and to talk about how to improve the channel and videos even more

Technical Qualifications:
-Must have a reliable and up-to-date computer/laptop
-Must have fast internet
-Must have video editing software up-to-date to be able to do green screen videos and in high resolution
-Must have access to find and use local B-roll (locally footage i.e. Miami appeal/look)

Important:
Provide:
-Examples of your work; Green screen videos that you have edited in the past
-Your resume (CV)
-Write what video editing software you use and mentioned what type of computer you have and about your internet connection
-Links of your social media
-I am looking for a person to start IMMEDIATELY
-I am NOT looking for a social media manager

Additional:
If you have knowledge and/or experience doing other things, please also mention what that knowledge is. This is not mandatory, but is always good to know any additional experience. I may need help in the future in other areas. i.e. blogging, content creation manager, SEO, writing scripts, etc.
