Ecommerce Accountant and Financial Analyst

I run a large USA eCommerce startup that generates multiple millions of dollars in sales annually. We are growing very fast. Most of my virtual assistants and my team is based in the Philippines. I am looking for an experienced accountant to help my business with basic bookkeeping (calculating how much profit we are making on a weekly basis) and also basic financial analysis, such as projecting revenues, cash flow, profit, etc.

The platforms that we use are Shopify, Upgrade to see actual info, and also our Merchant Processing Dashboard. I have a very skilled Pilipino manager that can provide you with any assistance you would need and I have many VA's that can help as well.

Fluency in English is mandatory. I am an American and only speak English.
You must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and know how to build out basic equations.
You must be responsive and reliable.
You will start off with part-time responsibilities and my goal is for you to earn my trust and prove you are a good performer so we can build a long-term, fulltime relationship.
You must be flexible with your schedule given the time zone difference between the USA and the Philippines.

You will NOT have to prepare any official books and file any official taxes. I have US-based teams that already do this. I am looking for someone internal that can provide me with day to day and week to week financial reporting and analysis.
