Real Estate outbound caller needed

Let me start with the compensation first because we both know its very important. I pay two times per month on the first, and the fifteenth. Starting salary is 25,000 peso's per month, also for every lead that converts to a listing is 10,000 peso each. You should average 3 - 7 listings per month for a total monthly income of 55,000 to 95,000+ peso's per month.

This job is a long term position I need people for years.

Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 6Pm EST US with a one hour break. Weekends off.
All major US holidays are off with pay.
