Who we are:

GiftCash, Inc. is a start up company that is rapidly expanding in both Canada and the United States. We buy gift cards from customers.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an ambitious professional to strengthen and become a part of our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who wants a career instead of just another job, where the contributions you make will matter. We have a dynamic team of creative, trustworthy, and resourceful individuals. We are looking for someone who would be a good fit, and will serve as a strong member for our customer service team.

Responsibilities:

- Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and suggesting information about other services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications / Skills:

- Everyone is welcome to apply! (fresh graduates, still in school, moms)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced with a background in call center/ management is a plus but not required.
- Ability to meet the needs of several customers at once.
- Ability to recognize core issues and tackle any and all problems related to customer service.
- Swift, high quality replies and updates to our customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Punctual, and hard working.
- Thoughtful, caring, sincere, and excellent understanding skills.
- Familiarity of the gift card industry is an asset.

Requirements:

- Available for 8 hours per day Pacific Time Monday-Friday from 6 am - 6 pm, and/or weekends.
- Headset: This headset must have good audio and a good microphone.

Work Hours & Benefits

- Hourly starts at $2.5 an hour but may go up depending on experience + Holiday bonuses and Sick days, because of our industry we need someone available to work occasional holidays.
