Graphics for Social Media

I run a kinky/alternative dating site. While we never work with pornographic or explicit images, we do discuss sexuality. If this is not something you could enjoy and support, then please don't apply and best of luck to you.

Ok. So, I'm the graphics designer for my business. I have a very specific brand-feel, and I'm looking for someone to help remove the 30+ hours of week from my shoulders. You will need to be lighthearted, like to have fun with your work, and be able to fit my style and your style together to create something even more creative and stronger than what I currently have.

If you think you can create graphics like this, between 35-50/week (1-2 per hour) in several sizes (for all of our social media channels), then please apply.

If you are also strong in marketing and social media, that is a bonus, but it is not required.

You will also need to be able to work well with me, take suggestions and direction, and enjoy working with a growing team of people around the world (including two other Phillipinos).

If you have a Mac, that is another bonus, and I'll give you a license/access to my graphics software. If you are on Windows, you'll need to be able to create originals in Adobe products, and/or share every original in EPS/SVG format. You will also be able to build/share in Crello with other team members.

If hired, I will give you access to a few paid image libraries:

We also work with free image libraries and ALWAYS give credit.

If you apply, and I like you, I'll hire you for a day to create some images, to see what you do. I will pay for that full day, and it will be your audition.

I hope to do this with 5-10 Upgrade to see actual infoom there, I will choose 2-3 to hire for a week, to work with on multiple images, and see if you fit well with my style and my team. That will also be a paid audition.

If you are hired, You will be paid on Wednesday for the work of the week before.

You will be eligible for your first raise at 90 days (your trial/introductory period), 6 months, and every year marker thereafter, as well as bonuses for being awesome.
