JOB OVERVIEW

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to attain HR and Business Operations experience. We are looking for someone to help us generate leads and expand our business while assisting with administrative functions.


Your responsibilities/duties will include:
Keep detailed spreadsheets of all leads and client information
Use various websites to research companies and generate leads
Send correspondence to clients via email
Follow up on outstanding proposals
Work closely with the executive staff to manage sales pipelines
Additional administrative duties as required


We are looking for someone with:
Previous B2B or B2C sales experience
Previous Administrative experience
Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
Ability to work independently
Good verbal and written skills
A positive approach to objection handling is essential
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
We are looking for someone upbeat and organized
Experience working with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
