This person would have to be well versed in Google Search Console and Inbound Marketing as fundamental requirements.
The Marketing Automation Strategist assists with all marketing automation systems and processes, including designing, developing, and executing. He/She will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to implement and optimize campaigns, including working to improve the entire lead generation and customer journey life cycle.
The position is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the programs and ensuring integration across departments. They support the business by executing and analyzing
-Develop strategies and initiatives to increase client engagement and manage the overall client experience across all marketing channels.
-Review and analyze the efficacy of marketing initiatives by monitoring client engagement, assessing conversion metrics, and tracking marketing ROI.
-As a cross-functional team member, oversee and execute marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, and rebuilds.
-Write marketing automation user stories and lead story refinement to final approval.
-Layout campaign workflows, including audience segmentation/inclusion/suppression rules, validation rules, triggers, alerts, and automated responses.
-Design ABM programs, content personalization programs.
-Responsible for both static or manual as well as automation/workflow program testing and troubleshooting
-Support translating business goals into measurable and actionable objectives, and make recommendations on tracking, reporting, benchmarking, and analysis to measure performance against objectives
-Establish KPIs and configure standard reports and to measure tactic and campaign success as well as business results
-Create and populate report templates on an as-needed basis
-Support client campaign tracking and reporting

-Develop a testing plan to continuously drive increased customer interest, conversion, sales, LTV, and profitability across segments and channels
-A bachelor’s degree, marketing focus preferred.
-4 or more years of B2B&C marketing experience, B2B2C experience a plus.
-Experience driving and optimizing online engagement through various channels
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong analytical experience with the ability to provide reporting for senior leadership
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change well, and prioritize multiple work streams
-Experience designing and implementing A/B multivariate tests
-Experience with delivery of marketing automation projects, especially implementations and integrations (CRM, CMS).
-Experience gathering marketing/technical requirements for client implementations.
-Ability to conceive, direct and execute innovative strategic projects from start to finish.
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
-2+ years of HubSpot experience.
-Relevant marketing experience with an emphasis on customer segmentation in a test and learn environment
-At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for back-up
-A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor and at least 4 GB RAM with a webcam
