JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a Web Designer/VA to handle a wide variety of tasks for our online businesses.
We are a digital marketing agency specialising in website design.

The role is fulltime, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
BUDGET ranges from Php 25,000 - 30,000 per month - depending on skills and experience.
Hours would be 10am to 7pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time, so 8am to 5pm PHT) with 1 hour for lunch. (or 10am to 6.30pm AEST with 1/2 hour for lunch whichever you prefer.
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for someone who is reliable, a good communicator, is open to feedback and has access to quality high-speed internet (high speed, reliable internet is essential for this role) and enjoys working with all sorts of interesting software (easy to use, training provided).

We use Elementor (Pro) and Divi builder for most of our website design.
We need someone with extensive experience using Elementor (Pro) and Divi builder.

There is so much variety to this role.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Customer Service via e-mail - responding to customer inquiries and requesting website content from customers and filing this information in our project management software and Google Drive.

* Website edits - updating client websites with provided content (text, images, hyperlinking)

* Website design and styling (using Divi or Elementor), css skills required for styling tweaks were required.

* Some website project coordination - Effective communication with our team and other website designers regarding content, quality check items, styling and communication with clients to obtaining information for the site.
The quality checks of sites are to ensure our quality processes have been followed, using our project management software.

* Image optimisation using software similar to Picmonkey or Canva as well as other website-related image optimisation software.

* Regular meetings with us via Zoom

* Basic SEO (including Schema Mark up)

* Actively participating in ongoing training to grow and develop skills

Experience using Elementor and Divi builder for website design and website edits is essential.
Experience using WooCommerce is essential.

Experience with making/maintaining membership websites is desirable.
Experience with making/maintaining learning management/course websites is desirable.

Basic Project Management - following up with clients to request information for websites, clarifying anything not understood, offering help, filing things correctly and marking items as complete when Upgrade to see actual infoSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
High speed reliable internet is essential for this role
Willing and able to take Zoom calls to receive verbal instructions for tasks, and available and contactable during the work hours specified

We are looking for someone who wants to stay with an employer for many years. Our existing remote team have been with us for a long time (5.5 years, 3.5 years, 1.75 years, 1 year).
We are used to communicating effectively remotely.

We recognise the 13th-month payment of wages by including this in weekly payments and are willing to contribute a monthly amount towards internet costs. High-speed reliable internet is essential for this role.
