Sales Relationship Manager

We are a growing marketing firm looking for a Sales Relationship Manager to join our team. The Sales Relationship Manager will be responsible for building relationships with new potential clients and business partners.

The goal is to build real and genuine relationships with business owners (and managers) by offering them ideas and advice that will grow and improve their business. The goal is to become their trusted advisor.

Of course, we eventually want to suggest our services but that should be done only after a strong relationship has been built. And even then, we only want those who will truly benefit from our services to purchase them.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Must have a strong background in sales and marketing and a good understanding of what makes businesses succeed or fail.
- Identifies clients' needs and requirements and proposes suitable solutions.
- Able to provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
- Can resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)

Skills:
- Strong sales communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a Sales Relationship Manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Background in customer service, sales, marketing, communication, or a similar field.

Hours:
This is a full-time job working US Eastern Standard Time hours.
Typical hours will be 9 am – 6 pm
