We are looking for an Virtual Community Manager in a part-time position to join our team. Ultimately, you should be able to become the face and voice of our company culture on a full-time basis. If you are a tech-savvy professional and eager to learn and grow with us, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate should be a ‘People Person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversions with our community.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The virtual community manager is responsible in creating and promoting events plan
Coordinate to onsite community manager in scheduling weekly coworking space dinners at neighboring restaurants
Responsible for responding to company’s partners, community events inquiries and engagements through
Assign to create an Eventbrite page and will help to promote the events.
Assign to do admin tasks from time to time such as assisting onsite community manager in contacting photographers for the event and the like.
Responsible for managing and assisting employees and partners in Co-working softwares.
Build relationships with potential customers and members.
Coordinate with HR, Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure brand consistency
Will use slack to promote and engage the community on a daily
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Technical and Soft Skills Requirements:
Familiarity Google Drive, especially in Google Docs and Google Sheets
Previous experience with CRM is a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Quick Learner and Self Confident
Ability to take initiative

Enthusiasm
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technology and software
Professional Demeanor
Excellent Organization Skills
Prior front desk experience is a plus. (medical, hotel, co-working office)
Collaborating with potential partners to increase perk offerings.
Proficiency in google sheets.
Knowledgeable in using Slack Community.
Salary terms: Pay-out weekly
