Virtual Assistant - Admin and HR

We are looking for a Full-Time virtual assistant to work with our team!

We are Foodie Coaches, a business that coaches hospitality business owners and runs webinars, events, and 3 Facebook pages with this community. We are 2 years old and work remotely and all online.

The role specifically has a list of tasks to care of each day Monday to Friday, then once you have that part learned you will be doing project work directly with the manager.

Some of the jobs included in this role are...

- handling the daily administrative and HR duties of the organization.
- Producing reports on general HR activity.
- Processing payroll and resolve any payroll errors
- Monitoring benefits and leaves
- Assisting the entire team with the day-to-day operations
- Monitoring email and messenger inboxes and communicating with manager on replies
- Data entry

A fast computer and internet speed is mandatory

This Job will; require you to be fluent in conversational English and bring personality and energy to the way you communicate with our team and especially our members on social media

If you have any experience with these programs that would be an advantage.
