JOB OVERVIEW

Lloyd & Mousilli is a successful law firm based in the United States with a team all over the world. The key to that success is communication, both internally and externally. Our virtual assistants are the first point of contact for the firm with prospective and existing clients. This looks like answering the phone professionally and delegating the message to the appropriate person on our team and promptly and professionally handling emails. Internally, we rely on our virtual assistants for file management, matter tracking, and most importantly, calendaring.

* Able to quickly learn Google based office suite
* Seeking positive, dynamic and flexible person
* Clear verbal and written communication skills, good internet speed
* Little to no accent, dealing with Americans
* Can work with a to-do list to manage tasks that is delegated
* Scheduling meetings, events, etc.
* Taking notes during meetings and sending follow up emails
* Calling people to follow up on things
* Spreadsheet work
* Social media posts
* Website customer service chatting from our website to handle support


Must have great English speaking skills (on the phone)...We do not tolerate grammar or spelling mistakes.
