Maestro Sounds Entertainment seeks a part-time Virtual Assistant to complete daily administrative tasks.
Skills and Experience required:
- Handling phone calls, text messages, and
- Conducting research for the company
- Create and maintain an organized database (data entry)
- Book-keeping
- Project Management
- Content writing
- Customer service and engagement (setting appointments, sending client follow-up
- Company calendar management
- Checking company voi
- File management and maintenance
- Sales experience is a plus
Much client engagement is needed for this position, and high organization and customer service skills are required. Well-spoken English and excellent written communication skills (including grammar and spelling) are mandatory.
