JOB OVERVIEW

The Web Application Developer is responsible for the design and implementation small business class web applications

Skills - Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• Self-motivated individual
• Understanding of, and passion for, all things digital
• 2+ years of web design, front-end development or related experience is preferred
• Knowledge of current web design theories and technologies
• Master of Adobe CS
• Understanding of HTML, PHP, CSS and Photoshop required
• Working knowledge of Javascript, Google Analytics and digital marketing a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing
• Professional presentation, timeliness, discipline and behavior
• Comfort working in a fast paced, customer focused environment with emphasis on organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
• An eye for detail and knowledge of what makes a website great
• A belief in our concept, a strong work ethic, and team mentality
• Building websites for our clients using on our real estate website software system
• Work with all members of the USM team to resolve problems
• Help with site launches, DNS changes, setting up FTP and email accounts
• Database maintenance
• HTML Programming
• PHP Programming
• Google Merchant Program management
• Web hardware platform management
• Support and interface with IT department

• Programming in C++, Java, HTML, SQL, MYSQL,PHP
• Web Development Project Management
• Sub-Contractor Interface
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Package
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong sensitivity to time efficiencies without compromising quality of work
