Law firm is seeking a full-time medical records reviewer to review Client medical records and summarize medical records for social security disability claims.
The ideal candidate has medical experience and has prior experience reviewing medical records and creating summaries for law firms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Review medical records and summarize according to a specific format.
• Ability to follow instructions and pre-established procedures to perform the functions of the job
• Timely uploading necessary summaries via a website
• Respond to
• Work together with other department members and office to serve clients
Qualifications:
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various software programs
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with others as an effective team builder and team player
• Ability to take initiative, set priorities, multitask, and organize work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Perform other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and/or Skills:
• Registered Nurse or equivalent
• Strong preference for experience in a related occupation
• Intermediate computer skills required, involving scanning and uploading and ability to use cloud-based case management software
• Ability to self-start and time manage
• Organizational and time-management skills required
• Moderate to intermediate typing skills required
