Looking for a Technical Recruiter resource to perform the following functions:
1. Interview, and select applicants for technical positions
2. Match applicants to job openings,
3. Inform applicants about Company, nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.
4. Schedule applicants for Phone interviews and/or formal interviews.
5. Maintain an updated portfolio of possible candidates per Job
6. Collate assessments from all interviewers
7. Inform applicants of next steps & company's decision – chose or not chosen.
8. Perform References Checks
Recruiter must have a minimum of 5 years experience in placing positions in the Construction or Engineering Industry.
Experience in using hiring sites such as Ziprecruiter, Indeed, and the likes is a must.
