Executive Assistant Needed

Main duties: data entry, inventory management, product research, PPC maintenance

INTRO:
We are looking for a rockstar assistant to help us with several different jobs. We will need data entry, inventory management (stay in touch with our supplier and freight forwarder and make sure our inventory gets quick and safe to Amazon), and a few other routines. We can train you on all of these tasks.

We were looking to hire someone starting at $4.5/hour. As your responsibility will grow, so will the payment. Your engagement will begin as part-time and the hours load will grow as you’ll receive more tasks..

ABOUT US:
We are a young ecommerce company that has been selling on Amazon for about a year and a half. We sell physical products in the Sports and Outdoors category on the German marketplace. We are growing fast and are currently looking to hire our first VA, so potentially you have great career opportunities. We are completely remote and operate independently. You will mostly have big flexibility as long as the work gets done.

WHO YOU ARE:
You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You can research topics online. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have great English and possibly some basic German. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends.
