Virtual Asst / Project Manager

Hello, and thank you for reading this post. I'm looking for a virtual asst with project management experience. The ideal candidate has some background in digital marketing (funnels, lead magnets, email marketing) but more importantly, has a "figure it out approach".

The position task will consist of:

- email management (Gmail)
- scheduling appointments with guests for my podcasts
- some outreach for guests to come on the podcasts
- Helping to create and organize systems and processes using SOP & Clickup
- Making sure we stay on top of the content calendar for social media and blog/content posts on our website (Wordpress)
- Helping to set up and organize system and processes for managing content for email and text marketing campaigns (activecampaign)

** Bonus if you have experience with managing e-commerce and specifically print on demand (printful) stores for clothing lines and accessories.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated but more important is reliable.
