JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

We are looking for a 30 hrs/wk customer support manager and general shop assistant for our cryptocurrency-only marketplace. This website launches in 4 weeks and it allows users to buy and sell products using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. As customer service manager you will be responsible for responding to emails, answering live chats and helping to direct customers to help them make purchases and list their products. You will need to assist vendors on the platform with questions regarding sign-up and listing their products, also helping them to navigate and understand the CMS system.

Responsibilities

Manage website live chat and emails
Respond to sales inquiries with relevant information that help forward sales
Ensure all communications and requests are replied to within 24 hours
You will manage and work with other members of the team to forward the sales and support goals

Required

You will have a very good level of English C1 or C2
You will have experience in virtual assistance and customer service roles
You will have experience with live chat and email support
Excellent communication
Honest and Trustworthy
An interest in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is preferred

This is a part-time position of 30 hours spread across 7 days. You will be expected to be active and respond to enquiries in an efficient manner. I am hoping to find someone that can work and grow within an exciting startup. The initial contract will be for 1 month after the 1 month your performance and progress will be discussed.
