Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a health-tech startup fighting the spread of Covid-19? Dr. B is hiring for a Customer Support Team Leader - fluent in Spanish. This is a full-time, work from home position, for immediate employment.

Job Description

General Purpose:
-Supervise and leads a team of patient specialists
-Ensure company goals, best practices, and deadlines, are communicated to the team
-Actively recruit talented new team members
-Provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
-Ensure that concerns and policies are communicated to management and team members.

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations
-Supports team manager and co-team leads.
-Manages and updates current trackers to provide thorough and detailed reports on team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
-Encourages team members by sharing team priorities and recognizing places where new training or ability tests are required.
-Assists management with hiring and training of new team members.
-Answers team member questions, solves team member problems, and monitors team member work for quality and adherence to guidelines.
-Creates strategies to encourage team members to follow company regulations and achieve performance goals.
-Quality customer service includes interacting with customers, responding to customer inquiries, and handling customer complaints effectively.

Strong oral and written communication skills using both English and Spanish language
2+ years of experience working with email support, customer service.
Leadership Skills
Excellent computer skills (experience with Zendesk is a major plus)
You are at ease and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong network in Manila area
Must be self-motivated, act independently, and know when to escalate issues

Dr. B was created by Cyrus Massoumi, the founder of Zocdoc. The service was developed with the advice of Dr. Ian Lipkin , Director of the Center for Infection and Immunity, NIH Center for Diagnostics and Discovery, and Center for Solutions for ME/CFS at Columbia University. Dr. B connects people with local providers that have extra doses using a standby system. Sometimes, patients have to cancel their vaccination appointments, leaving unused doses at the end of the day. Dr. B sends text message notifications when they become available nearby.
