Facebook Ads Manager

My company is growing fast and I am looking for a Facebook Ads manager who will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring FB/Instagram ads for my brand's growth and to increase sales of our digital products and retarget followers to sign up for our online classes.

Tasks include:
* Setting up Facebook pixel and optimization
*Ad campaign setup + retargeting ads
*Campaign management & optimization
* Researching my target audience
*Build audiences of my ideal avatar
*May be asked to write high converting ad copy
* A/B Split Testing
*Managing and reporting ad performance
* Establishing and monitoring important KPI's
