JOB OVERVIEW

A well established, rapidly growing residential real estate company in the District of Columbia is seeking a Customer Service/Email/Data Entry Specialist who is responsible, organized, detail oriented, and reliable to join our fun/hard working team. You must have excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone with these qualities:

• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook with competent general computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Organized and can multi-task.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks.
• Pro-active.
• Good time management skills.
• Open to learning new softwares,
• Excellent Email writing skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent in data entry.
• Detail oriented.
• Basic accounting skills.
