JOB OVERVIEW

Are you social media savvy? Do you know the INs and Upgrade to see actual info of Instagram and Facebook pages like the back of your hand? AND do you love everything about beauty, style, self-care and have a good eye for aesthetics? Do you have basic tech skills (for website updates etc)?

We need someone who:

-Has extensive experience in managing social media pages, especially Instagram and Facebook; Pinterest is a plus.

-Familiar with schedulers like Buffer, Planoly etc.

-Comfortable in promoting health and beauty related products and services -skincare, Pilates, hair styling, beauty treatments etc AS WELL as other types of businesses when needed.

-Can help create original content, edit content from clients, and collect relevant content for reposting- must be familiar with Canva or similar tools, have basic graphic design skills

-Good written communication skills and can write short copies/captions that are creative and on-brand

-Good understanding of branding and able to “read” a business’ aesthetics, voice, and tone and replicate them.

-Good reading comprehension and able to work closely with clients and follow their brief accurately.

-Can manage multiple brands with ease. This means being organised and having a good eye for details, being able to remember info about each brand and making sure you manage the accounts in a personalised way.

-Can meet deadlines to ensure clients’ posts are all prepared a month ahead

- Has experience in creating/posting Instagram stories.




Aside from the social media aspect, we need you to be:

- some basic tech skills for adhoc tasks like website updates and other simple tech issues

-Good PR skills and email etiquette --can liaise with clients well, from onboarding to regular communication regarding their accounts

-A problem solver-- able to troubleshoot technical difficulties and help provide solutions for arising issues

-Can attend to emails daily and be responsive

-Can organise files and update productivity reports regularly

-Able to work with the team on other business-expansion projects when needed

-Generally a fast learner and can easily be trained to use CRM and related tools


MUST HAVE:


Good and stable Internet connection, a device that can be used to log into Instagram account (on top of a computer, of course), and a can-do, can-Google attitude!
