(Expert) Copywriter for cosmetic eCommerce brand

Seeking a Beauty Copywriter to support our ongoing Brand & Marketing efforts.

We are looking for someone who is both well-versed in SEO strategy, as well as writing converting ad copy for our Facebook, Google, Pinterest, and Youtube ads. Your duties will include writing SEO blogs, creating scripts for short ad videos, writing converting ad copy, and updating our website with promotional and engaging copy. We already have an established Brand Book, so you will need to be able to adapt our voice, tone, and values in the copy.

Payment:
- $700USD/month with room for INCREASE + BONUS with time and good performance.

Work Hours:
- Mon-Fri only, weekends not needed.
- Flexible hours (you can work anytime throughout the day).

Responsibilities:
* Embodying our Brand Values/Personality/Voice and Tone in our copy, while experimenting and evolving the brand
* Write and edit content across all digital touch-points- including Blogs, Homepage, Landing Pages, Product Pages, Campaigns, Product Launches, Ad Copies, Video Captions, Packaging Copy, etc.
* Improve our SEO rankings through keyword research, Google ads, backlinks, etc.
* Ensure that all copy is proofread, aligns with our brand, and resonates with our audiences
* Work closely with our creative director, media buyer (paid advertising), and video editor
* Improve our Ad Copy and Conversion Rates

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in copywriting for retail, digital marketing, agency, and/or online publications
* Experience in the beauty, wellness, or CPG industry is a plus
* Individual contributor with great communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
* SEO knowledge
* Experience with Shopify
* Experience writing ad copies for eCommerce is a plus

Requirements:
- Work fulltime.
- Have experience with ecommerce related business
- Excellent English language and grammar
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail
- Research skills i.e. the ability to conduct online research about products in order to collect necessary information
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
- Extremely reliable, fixed internet connection (DSL / Broadband / Fiber) and good computer
- Understands consumer psychology and market research.
