Remote Computer Support Specialist

Applicant will work via phone with remote customer to resolve technical and other computer issues (virus removal, speed optimization, etc). Applicant should be proficient in Windows 10, MacOS, iOS, Android and be capable of speaking and understanding English. We don't accept complex issues or hardware repairs for this position -- you're mostly helping out end users with questions, updating settings, installing programs, removing viruses, performing remote PC resets, etc.

Our business model revolves around the philosophy of a flat-rate $49 repair no matter what the issue (remember, we don't accept tickets with unsolvable issues).


Remote Computer Support Specialists receive a 30% share of services rendered ($14.70 USD per appointment completed) and most appointments are completed in under an hour (over $14 USD/hr!). In cases where you cannot solve the customers issue we do not charge the client, but you will still receive a $4 USD attempt fee for your time and services rendered.


We offer paid training and onboarding at $10 USD per hour!


REQUIREMENTS:

-Ability to work nights (Normal Hours are 7AM EST - 10PM EST for appointments, although extra availability on top of this core coverage is a plus)

-Modern PC with the following: (1) Minimum 2.4GHz Processor, (2) WIRED (ethernet) High-speed internet with at least 20Mbps Down and 10Mbps Up, (3) Handsfree headset with clear audio.

-Experience with troubleshooting Windows and MacOS computers remotely.

-Experience with troubleshooting iOS and Android devices remotely.

-Excellent English skills
