Customer Support - Wordpress Builder

We are looking for a customer support representative to join our organization. You'll be joining our Tier 1 team to talk with customers via, tickets and live chat, following our internal processes to ensure you can either fix the problem or hand it off to a point of escalation.

We are looking for people who can:
- Follow processes very carefully
- Have experience with Wordpress Site builders
- Have great written English/American and enjoy helping customers
- Can work a shift based in USA East Day Time (You'll likely start off in EST day time and move a little later once trained)
- Love to investigate problems and see them fixed without handing them off

"What site builder does Dropfunnels use?"

In addition to the above we'd like you to provide a reference for a job you have worked in customer service using the English language and your favourite wordpress GUI based builder.
