I am looking for a customer support agent to help with contacting and communicating to our customers to insure that they are getting the best experience with our brand. We want to make sure that they give us the best customer reviews and tell all their friends and family about our business.

Trial Period:
Before the full employment, there will be a two-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure whether we like each other and if we can work together. We will pay $100 for each week during that period. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.
Training:
Comprehensive Training will be provided in the beginning. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and we will always be easily available (especially in the beginning)

-40 hours/week
-We’re based in the West Coast which is on PST time zone, You will need to work according to our time zone.
-Able to work 2-4 hours on the weekend
