Virtual Assistant - Digital Marketing Ops & QA

Are you an experienced digital operations professional, with a good command of English?
Do you easily spot mistakes with links, on websites, or anomalies?
Are you tech-savvy with digital marketing software?

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Create automations using ZAPIER
- Create pages with Elementor
- Create email campaigns with ActiveCampaign
- Perform quality assurance inside online software and websites
- Experienced with a LOT of online software, supporting digital marketing and operations

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- You're able to use online planning tools such as Monday, Asana, Trello, Wrike, etc.
- You're able to use online marketing automations tools such as ActiveCampaign
- You know your way around Google Tag Manager
- Your English is excellent (written and verbal)
- You have excellent communication skills, making sure there's no confusion within the team
- You have superb organisational skills (since we have many projects running concurrently)
- You are comfortable prioritising and re-prioritising based on changing requirements
- Your attention to detail is exemplary (as all deliverables need to be QA'd, including user flow, pages, text, images, videos, etc)
