Fluent in spoken and written English, friendly, confident and having phone sales skills so that you can answer questions and manage your responsibilities with limited oversight

Partner with one of our recruiters and make outbound calls to the candidates that they have sent an email invitation with job description attached so that the candidate knows to respond to our email and let us know if they would like to apply. Format resumes with perfect written English grammar and attention to detail. update notes to database.

Most often you’ll reach a persons voice mail. If you do reach a person, you’ll happily let them know that you’re calling because you have a great job opportunity that you’d like them to look at and let them know the job description is in their email inbox and you’d love an email back letting you know if they will be interested applying and if they say they are already working, let them know that they can forward the email to a friend who had similar skills
