Quality Assurance Associate

The Quality Assurance Associate tests our new creations - websites, apps, and other projects. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, checks and fixes bugs, works efficiently, is eager to learn, outspoken, self-motivated, superb organization skills and a great communicator.

What You’ll Do:
-Test the projects (such as websites and/or applications), report, and fix bugs
-Create a test plan for each project
-Support and integrate the QA process
-Work with developers to setup a build/release process for all project
-Help innovate current release procedures and guidelines
-Manage multiple ongoing work streams adapt to changing priorities

What You Should Have:
-At least 3-4 years experience
-Excellent problem solving skills, passion for technical challenges, and willingness to learn
-Ability to read JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
-Ability to manually test websites, mobile apps using exploratory testing techniques.
-Strong understanding of web browsers and different mobile device market share, versions and functionality.
-Some experience with accessibility, security, performance, manual and automated testing.
-Familiarity with project management software such as Upgrade to see actual info, JIRA and/or Trello
-Familiarity with Quality Assurance software such as Firebug or Charles or Selenium.
-Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Lean, Agile and/or Scrum
