Senior Accountant

a. To prepare books and records of several companies,
b Prepare draft internal monthly financial statements.
c. Manage weekly reconciliations for partners (retailers who we sell their products on our site) and fees and the amount due to them – this was in excel and now is in the backend of our website, therefore his person needs to be able to work with the programmers to improve this system. These are weekly reports and the number one priority.
d. Management requires additional Metrics and reports for our retailers on the backend of our website. Management knows what they need and will work with this position and the developers to explain what is need. This position will work with the developers to implement it.
e. Auditing the functionality of our eCommerce website to test invoicing to consumers, payment, and other aspects.
f. Invoicing and follow up for miscellaneous charges to partners
G. Handle payables, when necessary

Requirements -
University accounting degree
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
Excellent written and verbal English skills C2 proficiency level – 5/5 in writing and English
Reliable computer systems hardware with camera for video conferencing
Strong computer skills in excel, word, emails, and accounting system like quick books
Can communicate by way of telephone, text, emails, video conferencing, and instant chat – we use Slack
