Job Description for the Position of Sales Manager or Sales Assistant - This is a Virtual Role located in the Philippines or outside of Singapore.

Job description

The position is a sales (head/leader or manager) position for the Foodzaps Company that serves the F&B services industry with POS and digital tools and software solutions. Ideally, the position is the sales leader or the head of sales. However, sales candidate with less experience is also welcome. The sales leader will plan, execute, and deliver on detailed sales plans to drive growth. The position is a virtual role that does not require travel during the COVID times. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the sales strategy and Upgrade to see actual infopending on the experience of the individual, the region may include Singapore, Philippines or beyond.

Role and Responsibilities:
- The sales candidate is ideally an experienced sales leader who has been trained in sales planning, managing, and executing sales plans.
- The sales leader, if experienced must be able to lead, coach/train and run the sales process in a methodical manner.
- Based on the experience of the candidate, the person knows how to segment, classify and prioritize the existing customer base.
- Set and achieve quantifiable sales targets.
- Sales activities include selling additional new products and solutions to existing customers but also to add new customers.
- Working with the sales department to generate leads for sales follow-ups.
- Maintain a customer database that is updated frequently and used as sales tool.
- Improve on SEO, SEM, keywords to drive conversion.
- Developing promotional packages.
- Liaising with corporate partners to plan and execute for co-marketing campaign.
- Design and creating promotional / marketing materials.
- Monitoring and analyzing the ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and propose marketing budget.
- Experience in F&B solution and Digital Marketing.
- Competitor analysis and pricing research.
- As the number of employees grows in the Philippines (or in the market), become the leader of a sales team.

Requirements:
- Marketing and sales Experience in the Food & Beverage industry experience or IT/software industry experience is a must.
- Must have experience sufficient to run a professional sales department that will serve SME and larger enterprises in F&B and retail industry.
- The customer size in terms of experience must be with customers that have 20+ retail stores/branches in terms of chains.
- Must know the F&B industry well with strong relationships with customers.
- The ability to work as a team while working virtually using the phone and video calls
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Of high integrity person who conducts her/himself with professionalism.
- High energy, highly organized, and an aspirational person.
- Must be a leader and a team-oriented individual with the ability to serve and get along with others.
- Reporting line will depend on the experience and the level of the candidate.
- CEO will work closely with the person.
- Degree in a 4-year college and/or Certificate(s) in Sales and Marketing.
- 5+ years of work experience and virtual work Upgrade to see actual infopensation
At market rate for the position OR above market rate commensurate with the candidate’s qualification.

Vision/Aspiration for the Position
The company is currently researching an expansion into Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The Virtual candidate, assuming good performance in the role, in 2-years-time, can be promoted to become an employee of the company taking on other roles within and outside of the geographic region.
