Responsibilities:
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Screen and interview qualified candidates
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales lead
Develop and standardize company processes and policies

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong interest and experience in recruiting, business development, and sales
Customer or sales focused experience
Enjoy working in a very competitive environment
Must have excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
Setup to work from your home office, able to work remote as needed
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
2-5 years of experience in the staffing industry and other sales orientated position

Additional Ideal Qualifications:
Experience with recruiting product development engineers, quality engineers, and regulatory professionals in the medical device industry.
Experience doing cold calls to both clients and candidates and has no problem doing industry minimums calls/day in either business development and/or recruiting
Experience with full life-cycle recruiting desk, generating client business through your own leads, negotiating fee agreements, presenting resumes, negotiating rates, scheduling interviews, working directly with the clients and consultants
Current/Prior experience in recruiting & business development and working directly with end clients, enjoys working both sides of the desk
Current/Prior experience in business development for new accounts or within existing accounts.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking/Sales Systems, Crelate Talent preferred
Experience using sourcing tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn…etc

Pay Rate:
Unlimited earning potential, base hourly rate + commission
Fast internet connection (20MB+)
1 or 2 monitors with DVI or HDMI inputs
Wireless Keyboard and wireless mouse
Good cell phone signal in home office
Quiet home office with no distractions
