Pencil Learning Technologies, an education technology startup based in Silicon Valley, USA is looking for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT | SALES ASSISTANT (OPEN FOR ALL FRESH GRADUATES) who can join immediately.

We are a rapidly growing technology company building solutions to make educators more productive and effective. The startup is founded by former senior executives from Google & Facebook.

We're looking to hire a committed CUSTOMER SUPPORT | SALES Upgrade to see actual info is a FULL-TIME work-from-home job, where candidates are expected to be generally available throughout working hours, and submit daily progress reports.

Schedule: may vary
6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday-Friday
6:00am - 3:00pm, Saturday-Wednesday
3:00pm - 12midnight, Saturday-Wednesday
12midnight - 9:00am, Sunday-Thursday
9:00pm - 6:00am, Monday evening-Saturday morning

Here are the specific tasks for this role:
- Product Demonstration
- Customer Support
- Lead follow-up (via call, emails, WhatsApp, FB messenger, etc.)
- Assist the Head Manager to organize follow-up actions through the Sales cycle.
- Customer onboarding
- Admin tasks
- Any misc. tasks related to Sales & Customer support


Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written English
- Meticulous & organized
- Detailed oriented person
- Self-starter, independent & resourceful
- Bonus: Familiar with Salesforce & Intercom
