Sourcing Professional

I need a part-time Sourcing Professional (+3 years of experience) to manage monthly projects for my clients. This requires you to manage over 6 production timelines (over 90,000 pieces of goods per month), manage freight, and, most importantly, make sure the goods meet the IHD. (Work ~15 hours a week)

Below are more details on the role and responsibilities associated with it.

- Submitting RFQs to factories via Alibaba and keeping track of all relevant costs
- Follow-up with factories on the projects every day and send the manager a report every 2 days
- Organize the supply chain on a company-wide Trello board
- Communicate with management promptly and efficiently -Ensure that management understands what process is occurring at the moment
- Create and organize SOPs regarding sourcing methods

Must have the ability to fix problems: It’s not often, but sometimes, there might be a problem with the shipment. A dimension might be out of tolerance, or it could be running late. You should work to fix and correct whatever wrong happened quickly and appropriately... Other than these things, you should have good attention to detail, so please indicate what the last product was that you sourced for a client. This will tell me if you read this text.
