Full Time Web Developer + Tech Assistant

I am finding a full time person to assist me in all projects:

**Requirements**
1. Willing to learn (a lot of things need to be learned)
2. Proficient in Wordpress - installing theme, installing plugins, doing some few plugin debugging.
3. Should be proficient in using analytics tools like google analytics
4. Knows how to design web sites using wordpress and HTML.
6. Proficiency in PHP, javascript and CSS.
7. Proficient in English. Part of the full time work will be answering support emails. Should be good in writing emails in English.
8. Always available to chat during work hours

**Not required but a big PLUS**
1. Being able to develop themes in wordpress is a big BONUS
2. Being able to write good documentation.
3. Knowledge in github.
4. Knowledge in server administration

**Responsibilities**
1. You will be working around 25-40 hours per week, work 5 times a day.
2. You will be developing websites in wordpress or in plain HTML
3. You will be managing wordpress sites, installing themes, wordpress themes, etc.
4. You will be using 5-10 hours of your day work for providing email / chat support
5. You will be writing some documentations (after some training)
6. Be able to assist in some client projects.

**Overview**
We are a software company and we create plugins for business who want to automate their systems. We are finding a tech assistant who is comfortable in several web technologies and also comfortable communicating with people / clients via voice and email.

When chosen you will undergo series of training to be able to handle the tasks required for the job. You will be trained with many concepts and this may take months. If you are a fast learner, this may take only weeks. You will learn lots of things and this training is a big opportunity in advancing your career.

Part of the job will be helping our clients solve different challenges and you would need to communicate with them every day. You will be also developing websites and should be fast in developing websites. Every week there will be 3 hours spent in advancing your skills.
