• Receive and record shift vacancies from clients
• Place staff according to qualifications and expertise
• Obtain member availability on a daily basis
• Seek work for available members on a daily basis. 80% of available members obtain work
• Re-assure members that we are actively seeking work for their availability
• Contact clients with available members on a daily basis both
• Seek new clients for available members and refer to Branch Manager for set-up
• Always maintain a professional relationship with clients & members
• Make up member packs
• File all correspondence for members and clients
• Fax shift confirmations as required
• RCSA – maintain Code of Professional Conduct. 100% compliance
• Refer all sensitive issues relating to clients/members to Branch Manager
• Inform Branch Manager of any changes to clients or new market trends
• Maintain good communication within the team
• Good written and verbal communication essential
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have corei3 with 8GB RAM or corei5 with 4GB RAM
Must have noise cancellation headset
Must be willing to have an open camera as required eg. training, meeting
Must be willing to work on rotating shifts
Must be above average in English communication written and oral
Must be a team player and willing to work on holidays
