We're a small and growing full service 3PL / Prep company that serves the eCommerce Space for Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc. We have routine tasks that we need to outsource, and we're also wanting to find ways of creating/adding value to our clients.
We're in the process of adapting a new software from our current system of inventory management (Google Sheets) and we're in dire need of someone to learn the system and serve as the "go to" and also help with the initial onboarding our clients and their inventory, along with their initial setup.
Ideal candidate needs to have experience with Amazon Seller Central:
Creating Shipments via Flat File
Reconciling Shipments
Tech savvy
Experience preferred in Inventory Management software.
Customer Service in interacting with customers/clients
