JOB OVERVIEW

Dalimer Corporation is a B2B Canadian company specialized in the outsourcing of services in the field of software development for Canadian and American companies.

We are looking for an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join and work on a part-time basis (25h/week) to become full-time soon after (with related upward salary adjustment), working as Director of Finance and reporting to the CEO. The requirements are as follows:

EXPERIENCE

-Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a CPA in a fast-growth corporate setting (BPO experience an asset)
-Preferably with direct experience to US/Canadian Clients
-Preparation of the financial statements: Balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports, including forecasting of revenue and analyze profit margins.
-Bookkeeping, auditing and budgeting Upgrade to see actual infoCATION & SKILLS

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or another relevant field
-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing
-Quickbooks ProAdvisor certification - Preferably NetSuite experience
-Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
-Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office (including Excel), databases, Outstanding communication skills (Written & Spoken English)
-Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Provide technical support and advice the CEO and the accountant of the parent company.
-Request, collect, and compile all necessary documents.
-Creating monthly financial statements.
-Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
-Organize and update financial records as needed.
-Analyze transactions and prepare reports.
-Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable.
-Review corporate and personal income tax returns.
-Process payroll taxes
-Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities.
-Reconciling bank accounts.
-Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
