JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time customer service to work for Azura Jewelry New York to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to edit orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
1.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3.Communicating with customers through Reamaze, our helpdesk central, where you can answer questions and queries coming in through FB chat, Instagram, social medial comments, emails and live chat all in one place.
4.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
5.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
8. Handling chargebacks
9. File insurance claims for lost packages.
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process..
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


The customer service qualifications:
1. Detail-oriented
2. Speak fluent English with no apparent grammar mistakes.
3. Proactive in solving issues.
4. Good at following up.
