JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, we are looking to hire 2 people with very good English writing skills and social media experience.

This video will clarify a little more plus you can quickly get an idea of my personality and style.

Role 1 - VA/Administrator
-Diary management – arranging meetings, keeping calendar up to date
-Email management
-Saving files and images
-Online file management
-Expenses
Skilled in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience of using Dropbox would be advantageous

Role 2 - Digital professional
To support and drive forward client activity online from websites, social media, monitoring and evaluation - create and deliver digital strategies and social media marketing for a range of tourism, hospitality and lifestyle clients in Norfolk, UK
To promote Whoop Marketing digitally through social media and its own website

Skills:
- Strong writing and analytical skills; able to seek and assemble brilliant, relevant content (content will moderated before going live)
- Strong passion for social media with a willingness to adopt new strategies
-Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Contribute strategic ideas for using social media to engage customers
-Track traffic, tweets, web analytics
-A talent for composing engaging content for placement on social media websites like Facebook
-Coordinate the planning and implementation of social media campaigns with primary focus on customer acquisition for Whoop Marketing
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of social media campaigns for our clients by working with the Whoop Marketing & Events team
- Be an advocate of social media integration within the company, helping to influence overall business strategies.
- Monitor and report trends in social media tools and research innovations in the latest social platforms and technologies
- Proficient in content management and the use of content management systems like Wordpress (would be advantageous)
- Experience/knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google +, You Tube and Pintrest

Summary: We are looking for a technically savvy social media professional

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay on a weekly basis, then every 2 weeks after the first month
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
