JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a project manager/customer success virtual assistant so our teams can deliver first-class software services. You will work directly with our customers and get feedback, including live calls, chat, email for improving customer experience. You will spend your time ensuring the success of client projects you are assigned by following up with clients to ensure that we have meetings scheduled, are getting deliverables from them, and moving projects forward.

We want our customers and partners to rave about our services and the experience they have collaborating with our team. The position requires a highly disciplined self-starter, who thrives on juggling complex projects within a dynamic team. A balance of technical and soft skills is essential, as this position is responsible for making our customers’ projects successful.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading technical projects to completion and ensuring that services are delivered on time and with high quality. We expect you to rely on experience and judgment to help our team plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. You will report to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience managing complex projects (technical preferred)
Inquisitive and personable with a strong understanding of business strategy, data visualization, and process improvement
Ability to organize and manage own work, projects, priorities, deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimal direction
Detail oriented and familiar with reiterative analysis and testing processes
Ability to adjust quickly and with minimal effort to an agile work environment
Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and priorities
Aptitude for working with users of many skill levels and personalities
Exemplary planning, time management, and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

Conflict resolution & on-time milestone execution provide project status updates & rapidly escalate to management any barriers impacting forward progress
Communicate effectively in person, via the telephone, and in writing with customers, prospects, co-workers, superiors, partners, and others
