JOB OVERVIEW

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially drive Finance Assistant. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated team player who works well in a fast-paced environment and is a true team player.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for company accreditations to ensure renewals take place on time and accurately to retain the accreditation and apply for new industry accreditations.
• Accurate completion of all PQQ requests with tight deadlines
• Manage the subcontractor onboarding process and ensuring all relevant documents are issued and received back with supporting documentation and ongoing audits
• Completion of credit account applications
• Supplier management, to ensure we hold full and accurate data
• Order management
o To ensure orders have purchase orders and approval before being submitted to suppliers
o To ensure deliveries are checked and approved once received and recorded on the relevant system
• Stock management to ensure stock is correctly recorded and audited on a monthly basis
• Manage and expand the company asset register
• Manage the company fuel cards and constantly review the market rates/charges to obtain the best price for the company
• Deal with annual insurance renewals, gather quotes for FM/CEO approval
• Manage the accounts for Dart charge, Congestion charging and parking apps
• Manage company purchase order system
• Monthly reporting of project costs to FM/CEO
• Weekly audit of gritting jobs during the winter season to ensure jobs are being completed and charged at correct rates to clients and subcontractors
• Assist Senior FA with credit control, customer invoicing and reporting
• Assist FM with Adhoc tasks




Key Skills and Behaviours:
• 2+ years’ experience within finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
