Post my Blog but grab some SEO too :)

I need someone to proof read my blog post and feel free to add creative spark...I really need someone to post my bi-monthly blog to my wordpress site...need a motivated individual to improve the SEO of the blog post and be sure that the blog is also shared via social media and maximizing exposure. I have a growing successful online tele-summit (radio show format) for motivational speaker but I need to tie my site and the show site together using the blog and other idea a candidate may have. This position is very part time now but I have 4 members on my staff one of which I pay almost $250 in US that I am trying to transition so there is super room for growth as I am very loyal and super laid back.
